No Additional Fees

Unlike other agents, we don't charge you anything mid-term. Renewals are free and we'll never charge you anything, other than your monthly fee & set up cost.

Fast rent Payments

It's known within the industry, alot of agents hold your rent until a pay date that's convenient for them, not for the Landlord. Our payments are sent and in your account within 2 hours of us receiving them.

One Point of Contact

When using an agent, it can be frustrating not being able to speak to the person who listed your property, often you battle the staff to speak to who you want to. With us, every landlord has a direct whatsapp contact line, for quick, easy communication.

Open 7 days a week

Most viewers work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, the same time the agents are open? So when can they view? We are open 7 days a week, 9am - 8pm on weekdays and 10am - 4pm on weekends, meaning all potential applicants can view your property, and you can contact us when you need to!

- A Gas Safety, valid for 1 year
- An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), valid for 5 years
- An EPC, valid for 10 years.
